Both facilities were developed, designed, equipped, staffed, trained and opened by Spa Visions. Our concept was to provide the guest with an unforgettable spa experience thru touch and non-touch therapies and environments. In addition to typical massage and the like, our exclusive treatments are offered such as Pantai Luar Skin Renewal, The Rasul Ceremony and The Dry Float Soft Pack System. Additionally, we provide exclusive experiential services in specially designed rooms such as The Brine Light Room and Alpine Steam Therapy combining relaxation and treatment therapy in the same environment.
The face of spa is changing for the past 10 years we have been pioneering our concept of how to spa. What was accepted as a spa experience in the 1990’s and even into the early 2000’s will not satisfy the guests in the next spalennium. Day Spas, Stay Spas, Resort and Destination Spas will need to expand the spa experience and some have by providing environments which we have named “Experiential Service Areas”. These are multiple use environments that promote relaxation and therapies for individuals, companions and groups.

Self experience services and programs that do not rely on touch, allowing more client visits more often, increases retail and service sales as well as profitability. We implemented membership programs to increase guest visits so they can experience all spa services at a discount and have full use of experiential services at any time including member’s only hours, providing the guests more opportunity to experience the spa.
This also increased occupancy without increasing square footage.
