SPA SERVICES The spa offers a menu of more than 50 services including bathing experiences, body treatments, massages, facials and finishing spa services. Services are categorized as remineralizing, pampering, energizing, therapeutic or mind/body/meditative. Signatures services include: Great Lakes Stone Massage A combination of the therapist's hands and heated stones provides deep muscle relaxation, releases tension and promotes balance. Tsumani a powerful, 50-minute water massage designed to stimulate the entire central nervous system. Vigorous hydrotherapy and massage are combined to detoxify, cleanse and energize. Citrus Pine Sensation Fresh pine branches are used to invigorate the body during a 50-minute service of warm and cool sensations. A shampoo conditioning head massage followed by a citrus sugar glow used to exfoliate the body. A soothing Vichy shower and moisturizing lotion complete the service. Anti-Aging Hand Treatment A treatment of alpha hydroxy starts the service, followed by an avocado mask and paraffin dip for deep moisturization, finishing with a warm stone massage, manicure and polish. Still Waters after a gentle massage with remineralizing gel, spa guests are enveloped in a warm water flotation bed for a cocoon-like experience. A cool shower and full body massage follows. Finishing services include conditioning head wraps, manicures, pedicures, hair styling and make-up application Spa cuisine includes light lunch salads and sandwiches, fruit smoothies and gourmet teas and coffees. DISTINCTIVE ROOM FEATURES Signature Rooms/Special Features The Riverbath Room uses natural materials to create a Zen feeling. Walls and flooring are covered in fossilized limestone. The room also features a "river" of polished stone, a grove of bamboo, and a freestanding fireplace. Highlighted Kohler plumbing products include the Riverbath whirlpool and WaterHaven shower system. In the sõk Room, guests enjoy a total immersion experience. Water continuously overflows the Kohler sõk Bath on all sides, creating an infinity pool. Taking a cue from color therapy, which has long been used to increase energy and combat depression, the sõk Bath also features underwater color therapy lights so the bather may choose the water color he or she prefers. The sõk Room also features a vichy shower for horizontal showering on a wet table. The Renaissance Bath features a copper steeping bathtub from Kallista where guests may enjoy a rose petal milk bath. The room also features a vichy shower. The Still Waters room offers the Soft Pack System, which consists of a water-filled flotation bed that envelops the spa guest in a cocoon-like experience following a massage.
