WEDDING YOGA – Even the most mild-mannered brides experience stress and "butterflies" on their wedding day. To help ease the "wedding jitters," spas and yoga sanctuaries are offering pre-wedding yoga sessions. At Canyon Ranch SpaClub in Orlando, the wedding couple – or the entire bridal party – can participate in stress-releasing yoga sessions before the ceremony.

• Canyon Ranch Salon: offering an extensive menu of salon services for men and women.
• Canyon Ranch Fitness Center: featuring more than 20 cardio-vascular and weight training machines in a comprehensive 4,000-square-foot facility. Certified fitness instructors conduct daily group and private fitness classes, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Stretch Circuit classes. Water aerobics are conducted at the outdoor pool. Nutrition consultations and wellness services also are available.
• Canyon Ranch Living Essentials TM Spa Boutique: offering products used during Canyon Ranch treatments and services, including a new line of Canyon Ranch-branded products.

In addition, Gaylord Palms resort amenities, including swimming pools, relaxation cabanas, acclaimed Florida-themed restaurants, and on-site childcare at La Petite Academy Kids Station, are available for guests of the Canyon Ranch SpaClub. The signature Canyon Ranch spa cuisine also can be delivered to the SpaClub as part of the resort's in-room dining menu.

SpaClub treatments can be customized to fit individual needs, including full-day, half-day, and weekend packages. Wedding packages, including pre-ceremony Yoga sessions for the entire bridal party, as well as fitness packages, also are available. Special services can be developed groups meeting in Gaylord Palms' 400,000-square-foot convention center.
