Their philosophy is founded upon four basic components; sound nutrition, regular exercise, psychological well-being and advanced care of the body and skin. Providing a combination of medical and aesthetic services, their exclusive collection of therapies includes medical grade skin care products that have been researched in medical journals. Aesthetic services include microdermabrasion, BotoxTM, BotoxTM alternatives, Restylane®, and laser hair removal. Based upon European traditions, therapeutic massage, body treatments and hydrotherapies are offered that support stress release, stimulate circulation, relieve aching muscles and sore joints, reduce water retention and promote detoxification.
Nova's nutrition, weight loss, and exercise programs are customized to  individual needs with individual and group fitness classes in, yoga, Pilates and personal fitness training offered in six-week cycles. Dr. Keenan states, "a medical spa is a place where you can change direction in your life, adopt healthy habits, stop smoking, start exercising, de-stress with biofeedback and yoga.Other indulgences include a Swiss shower, infrared sauna, and full amenity changing rooms for men and women. In fact, it is a continuation of the sophisticated contemporary Asian décor that begins in the Nova Medical Group's reception room. Soft shades of a restful green and oatmeal are complimented by clean, smooth, lines of lightwood. Curved wooden pergolas suspended from the ceiling intimate the spaciousness.
