The Om Experience

For those having the luxury of time to dedicate and focus on balancing and healing themselves, Relâche Spa now offers its unique program, the Om Experience, which includes self-discovery and assessment, coaching, Om Facial and Om Massage, Chakra balancing, journaling, meditation and strategizing on creating a realistic life plan. However, the Om Facial and Om Massage are available as individual treatment therapies. The Om Experience occurs in three incremental sessions of eighty-minutes each, culminating with a sixty-minute wrap-up session; for optimal results, it’s recommended that a sixty-day period be allowed for all segments in order to maximize the intended benefits. Although my time was limited while visiting the resort and experiencing its beautiful spa, the two treatment therapies I experienced were restorative, relaxing and very enjoyable, and I found the staff well trained and capable.
