In the Spa - a splendid Romanesque building fronted by a spectacular waterfall cascading into the large freeform swimming pool - the highly skilled therapists are waiting to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.

The world-class, unique facilities include VIP treatment suites enhanced with honed granites, warm woods and mood-enhancing light. Each suite offers a private shower, bathroom and changing facilities where you can relax and escape. Nine suites feature private landscaped gardens and three have hydrotherapy pools.

Inspired by the example of the ancients, we have created a unique treatment concept that blends traditional cultural therapies from the Caribbean, the Far East and Europe with a balanced philosophy of health and well-being. Additional treatment experiences include the Chakra therapy room with a heated marble plinth, the hydrotherapy room with an underwater massage bath, and a jet blitz room.

One-hour sessions of one-on-one private training are available.

Fitness Assessment
Using the specialized Fitech computerized system, let us evaluate your strength, flexibility, lung capacity, body fat percentage and your aerobic threshold.

Pilates
Try the one-hour combination of strength, endurance, co-ordination and flexibility to help improve your alignment and total fitness.
