The product range used is Molton Brown, I spoke to Mark Thwaites, Spa and Health Club Manager, and asked him why they had chosen the brand, he told me: "they had decided to offer just one luxury brand, which is very distinctive for the clientele. He told me they use to have three brands, which could be confusing for customers, one luxury brand is much more appealing.

Molton Brown are a well-known brand in Britain, I feel they have little mystic about them.

There are a number of treatment rooms, they have all distinctive rich colors, instead of the clincial whites, more often associated with many spa's, I found this to be a very pleasant change.

Mark Thwaites, spoke to me about various initiatives introduced, he said: "when you arrive at the spa you use to have to climb-up one flight of stairs to the first floor, before meeting anybody, but now there is a reception to meet you on at the entrance, has Mark says: this makes it more friendly and a point of contact on arrival."

There is a beautiful ozone-treated indoor pool, with sun lounges, and a Hydrotherapy pool with six stations, which I did not get a chance to try, but it most certainly looked inviting.

I sampled the Shiatswe body massage signature massage using a blend of Swedish and Shiatsu techniques provides deep tissue rejuvenation, lymphatic drainage and a range of specific sensory enhancements. A blend of essential oils relieve muscle tension and awake the senses, the brochures write-up, but I can tell you it was sheer relaxation,. after a long flight from Las Vegas and suffering from bad back ache

Time for me to depart and head back to London life, you soon loose that relaxing feeling on your way back to London, how I long for a return to the tranquil countryside of the New Forest and Chewton Glen.
