Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa is a lush tropical paradise situated alongside one of Orlando's most picturesque lakes. Convenient to Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando® Resort, SeaWorld® Orlando and the Orlando-Orange County Convention Center, a vacation at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa really lands you in the heart of it all.

Choose from comfortable 1-bedroom/2-bath units to spacious two-, three- or four-bedroom Grand Villas that sleep up to 16 people. All villas include a large-screen TV with VCR in the living area and master bedroom, private terrace, washer and dryer. Some villas offer fully equipped kitchens and/or whirlpools.

Guests enjoy a scenic lakefront setting, seven swimming pools, water sports, and basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. The resort offers planned activities for children and adults seven days a week. Evening activities, such as the Magical Snow Tiger Adventure exotic and endangered species show, are popular among all ages. In October 2005, Westgate Lakes opened an 18-hole miniature golf course and will soon add bumper boats to its ever-growing assortment of amenities.

Westgate Smokehouse Grill, recognized for having the Best Ribs by readers of Orlando Magazine, offers a "cowboy casual," family-style atmosphere provides the perfect venue for enjoying some of the most delicious steaks, ribs, chicken, fish and barbecue in town. For quick dining, Sid's Deli and Pizza Hut Express for pick up or delivery. An onsite Marketplace and gift shop are also available.

Papillon the Spa at Westgate Lakes promises an unforgettable spa escape. A new menu of services was launched in October 2005 with some of the latest and most sought after body treatments and facials. History in the making


Through David A. Siegel's vision, persistence, and resourcefulness, Central Florida Investments, Inc.(CFI) has become the largest privately-held corporation in the Central Florida area with over $500 million in annual revenues.

Mr. Siegel founded the company in 1970 as a real estate development firm, starting from a small office in his garage.



To date, his company employs over 8,000 people and has expanded out from Central Florida to Miami Beach, Florida; Daytona Beach, Florida; Park City, Utah; Gatlinburg, Tennessee; LasVegas, Nevada; Williamsburg, Virginia; Branson, Missouri; Tunica, Mississippi; and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
